You will also learn about the Méthode Cap Classique developed in the area, that emulates and rivals the very best French champagnes. Stellenbosch is a small but vibrant town with a well-known university and various activities such a wine cellar tours and tastings, museums, galleries and strawberry picking. You will have the opportunity to purchase wines to take back home to enjoy the region's divine vintages after your visit.

The town of Stellenbosch is a human-sized, very dynamic town with a very famous university. There are many activities such as visits to wine cellars and wine tastings. You will have the opportunity to buy wine directly from the producer to take home and enjoy the wonderful vintages of the region after your visit.
